Clermont Garden Club member, Katrina Stephenson, taught a Free Movement Workshop on Saturday, March 7, 2020. The workshop was at the Clermont Garden Club’s clubhouse located at 849 West Avenue, Clermont, Florida 34711. The workshop was from 10 A.M. – 11 A.M.
Katrina demonstrated simple, gentle, effective no impact exercises you can do at home to improve your mobility, balance, and stamina while working in your garden
